Hello and welcome to the free stuff page! I have been working on this website for months to build a resource that would have been helpful for me when I was preoccupied with food and exercise.

This page is dedicated to free, printable resources for you to use at your leisure! My hope is that they will help you collect your thoughts and form a plan to dismantle diet culture from your life and society at large. The whole point of this blog is to destroy diet culture and food anxiety, after all.

I plan to add new workbooks, journal prompts, and more as frequently as possible to build up a solid collection of helpful things for people to use whenever and wherever. If you stumble upon something that interests you blow, click on the image, and it will take you to the page where you can download it!

Please note that these journal prompts and workbook activities may stir up some unpleasant feelings and memories. Use your best judgement, and skip some activities and prompts if they feel like too much to handle at the moment!

Here are 30 thought-provoking, unique journal prompts that are related to intuitive eating and food anxiety. You can do one per day for 30 days, or you can do them sporadically. I’m not the boss of you.
